the process

 
  1. You may schedule a free 15-minute consult to decide if we are a good fit.

  2. Or skip the free consult and go straight to scheduling a 1-hour intake consult HERE.

  3. I will email you an intake form. It’s imperative that you set aside time to fill this out with minimal distractions for about 45 minutes. I really want to get to know you!

  4. On our first virtual session we will talk through your intake form and visualize your desired outcomes.

  5. We will schedule your first appointment on your path to wellness and I will have your customized plan ready.

  6. We will have 30-minute follow up sessions as often as you need, based on your goals. You can email me with questions too! I want to walk with you.
